The Diamond Family is by far the best jeweler in the St. Louis area. Their customer service is second to none. Everyone here is great, but I have to specifically mention Jimmy and Jonathan, who we work with most often, and of course, Michael. They are super patient when you can’t make up your mind on custom-made pieces and need to see something in person again or tweak something in the design. Their in-stock selection is incredible so having to wait for them to order something to the store for you to see it in person is pretty rare, and you don’t need an appointment to see things up close or try things on (I mention all of these things because that is different from my experience at other jewelers in the area). Their prices are very fair, and they are a fun group. We’ve been doing business with them for years and my fiancé and I always have a wonderful experience—can’t recommend them enough!

My husband liked how they were not pushing a sale for my engagement ring. He loved how they were willing to help and listen to his needs. You get quality product and people there. Everyone is always so friendly and ask how you are doing every time you go in for a routine cleaning. The diamonds are just top of the line. I worked with Aubrie to design a custom ring using materials from a pendant that was left to me from a family member. The design process was easy. She sent me a 3D rendering of the ring design which was helpful, as I’m a visual person. I’m looking forward to seeing the end product. The only place I'd recommend going! I personally worked with Jimmy to get both my engagement ring and the bands for our wedding. They are super helpful with finding just what you want and are super transparent on pricing and educating on what you are getting. It is a one stop shop for what you need if it sparkles.

By far, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had many questions (first time visitor) and Aubrey was so incredibly kind and patient. She answered all of my questions, gave helpful suggestions when I was unsure, and helped me create the perfect diamond piece at an affordable price. My wife’s engagement ring needed repair ( diamond / prong had broke off after 40 years) and wanted to enhance the original set with more diamonds. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had another ring that the gem had fallen out of the prong and while I was waiting for paperwork for the diamond ring additions they made the-repair to the gem ring. Which turned out fantastic. I could not have been happier with the overall service and experience.
